The Indian Army has officially released the notification for the Military Nursing Service (MNS) B.Sc Nursing Course 2025. This course provides female candidates an excellent opportunity to serve in the Indian Armed Forces as nursing officers after the completion of a four-year B.Sc Nursing program. The course is conducted at prestigious Armed Forces Medical Colleges and comes with the added prestige of joining the Indian Army as a commissioned officer.

💸 Application Fee
The application fee for MNS B.Sc Nursing Course 2025 is as follows:
- General / OBC: ₹150/-
- SC / ST / PH: Exempted (No fee)
📖 Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Only female candidates who are Indian citizens are eligible.
- Marital Status: Unmarried / Divorced / Legally separated / Widow (without encumbrances)
- Age Limit: Born between 01 October 2000 and 30 September 2008 (both inclusive).
- Educational Qualification:
- Must have passed 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) and English.
- Minimum 50% aggregate marks in the first attempt.
- Physical Standards: Height: Minimum 152 cm (relaxation for North Eastern region)
📈 Course Details
Selected candidates will undergo a 4-year B.Sc Nursing course in one of the following Armed Forces Medical Colleges:
- Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Pune
- Command Hospital (Eastern Command), Kolkata
- INHS Asvini, Mumbai
- Army Hospital (Research & Referral), Delhi
- Command Hospital (Air Force), Bangalore
- Command Hospital (Central Command), Lucknow
Upon successful completion of the course, candidates will be granted Permanent/Short Service Commission in the Military Nursing Service under the Indian Army.

- Computer Based Examination (CBT): Objective type, based on 12th class syllabus.
- Interview: Conducted for shortlisted candidates after written exam.
- Medical Examination: Final medical fitness test at designated military hospitals.

- Mode: Online CBT
- Duration: 90 minutes
- Total Questions: 100 (1 mark each)
- Subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, General Intelligence
- Negative Marking: No
