- For Naval Academy: Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- For Air Force: Must have a Bachelor’s degree in any stream, but should have studied Physics and Math in 10+2.

Enter the registration ID and password you used during your CDS II application.
You may need to complete OTP verification via email or mobile.
3. Access the Correction Form
Look for the link labeled “Common Application Form” or “CDS II Correction” and open it.
4. Make Allowed Corrections
