How To Fill UPSC NDA II Online Form 2025

Step 1: One-Time Registration (OTR) Visit the UPSC OTR Portal. Click on “New Registration”. Fill in your basic details: Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Mobile Number, Email ID, etc. Verify your details using the OTP sent to your registered mobile number and email. Create a password to complete the OTR process. Step 2: Fill the Application Form Log in to the UPSC Online Application Portal. Click on “Apply Online” and select “National Defence Academy & Naval Academy Examination (II), 2025”. The application form is divided into two parts: Part I Registration: Fill in personal details, educational qualifications, and preferences for the academy and branch. Choose your preferred examination center. Part II Registration: Upload scanned images of your photograph and signature (20 to 300 KB in JPG format). Upload a scanned copy of a valid photo ID proof (20 to 300 KB in PDF format). Pay the application fee: ₹100 for General/OBC candidates. No fee for SC/ST candidates and sons of JCOs/NCOs/ORs. Agree to the declaration and submit the application. Step 3: Print the Application Form After successful submission, download and print the application form for future reference.
